ENGVEST was founded by Daniel C. Eng | CCIM | CPM® in 2001, and later on partnered with Calvin Wong | CCIM in 2012, to serve clients as a full service commercial real estate investment firm.

Engvest real estate network provides unparalleled commercial real estate services to Tenants and Landlords around the Dallas-Fort Worth area. With our knowledge, experience and reputation, we provide service that is unique and sets us apart from many firms.

For more than 40+ years with our partners, we have delivered solid returns to our partners and investors through high-value services. Our vertically integrated platform allows us to deliver exceptional returns to our investors through efficiencies in all our services.

In 2021, ENGVEST Group joins eXp Commercial global platform, the fastest growing brokerage in the world. eXp Commercial is an agent-led, cloud-based commercial real estate brokerage with agents across the globe — all connected through our virtual platform, eXp World.

Daniel C. Eng

Founder, Broker Associate

Daniel C. Eng is the Founder of Engvest Commercial Realty, LLC. His affiliation with T.K. Eng & Associates Investments Group, Inc., and GE Management Co. (family companies that have been established since the early 80s) has brought in-depth knowledge and experience to Engvest. Daniel graduated in 2001 from Franklin College Switzerland with a BA in International Banking and Finance, and started his career and passion in Commercial Real Estate.

In 2008, Daniel earned his CCIM designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member), and in 2011 he obtained his CPM designation (Certified Property Manager). Daniel is a licensed Texas real estate broker. He is the Vice President for Asian Real Estate Association of America, Dallas Chapter (2014–2015), and has served on the City of Richardson's Chamber of Commerce Board of Advisors (2011–2012).

Calvin Wong, CCIM is the co-founder of ENGVEST Commercial Group and WE PARTNERS, an international investment firm. Calvin oversees investment strategy for the firm, focusing on partnerships with investors in Asia and Europe, and managing family office. He has created several successful partnerships in commercial real estate investments, with over 15 years of industry experience and involvement in over $800 million in transactions.

Prior to ENGVEST, Calvin worked at Goldman Sachs, where he gained valuable commercial real estate experience in underwriting, research, acquisitions, and investment banking. His past experience includes investment banking, oil and gas, mergers and acquisitions, and cross-border transactions.

Calvin is a licensed Texas real estate broker who has helped many companies expand into the thriving Dallas market, assisting franchisees, business owners, and investors with their buying and leasing commercial real estate needs. He specializes in Retail, Industrial, and Land.

He earned his CCIM designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member) in 2010, a gold standard in the commercial real estate industry, and is the 2022 North Texas CCIM Chapter President, leading one of the largest chapters at 600 members.

Our partner, T.K. Eng & Associates Investment Group, Inc., raises funds from Europe, Asia and North/South America. Since inception in the 1970's, we have gained the trust from investor groups to acquire investment property in the US.

GE Management Co. has been managing retail properties since the early 1980's. With GE Management Co. as part of our team, our combined knowledge in Commercial Property Management allows us to achieve major success in this field.
